Andrew Needle

Andrew Needle, a partner at the Law Offices of Needle & Ellenberg, P.A., is a well-respected trial lawyer in the personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death subjects of law. He has been in this field since graduating from Cornell University and graduating cum laude from the University of Miami in 1977. Upon completing school, Mr. Needle immediately began work with a premier personal injury and medical malpractice law firm in South Florida. Now, he is a partner at his firm, and continues to practice medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death law. He has been published in law journals and magazines and lectures to other lawyers in his field. 


Mr. Needle is a charter member of the Miami chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is a trial lawyer organization that has the goal of preserving the civil justice system. He was inducted into it through peer recognition and his incredible experience in the field. Mr. Needle has also had multi-million dollar courtroom victories in cases that pushed the boundaries of existing legal precedent, which has given him an outstanding name in the field. 


In the past, Mr. Needle was an editorial consultant to Matthew Bender Law Books and wrote many different journal articles on topics he is passionate about. He was also a member of the Florida Bar’s Board of Governors for six years, which sets important policies and discipline for lawyers who are practicing in Florida. Finally, he has been named as one of South Florida’s Top Lawyers in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death by the “South Florida Legal Guide” every year since it was created. This is a great honor that Mr. Needle has earned through his hard work and dedication in the field.
