Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen of Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C. has dedicated his entire career as a workers’ compensation lawyer in NY to workers’ compensation cases. He graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1995 and quickly became a partner just a few years later in 2000 at Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C. He spends time each week in both the Brooklyn and Bronx offices and works directly with his clients to make sure they are getting the care they deserve.
Adam is passionate about workers’ comp right and spends time teaching others about them. He lectures at union meetings, community centers, churches, and the like, to get the word out about the importance of workers’ compensation and how to file for it. He wants people to feel empowered to seek compensation if they were injured and know that they deserve to be taken care of by their work if there had been negligence in the workplace on the behalf of their employer.
In his time away from work, Adam still spends hours volunteering and trying to better workers’ comp laws. He is an active member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and was named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association as well. Because of this, Adam has decided to take the lead in talking to the Bar and his clients alike about workers’ compensation in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. The last year was a strange one indeed, so Adam wants to help make the world a better place by ensuring those who were negatively affected by it are taken care of. These are unchartered waters that he is attempting to navigate through, but Adam is up for the challenge and wants to help enforce rules that protect workers in every way possible.
